My name is Emiliano, and I was born in Frascati, in the heart of the Castelli Romani, on December 30th, 1984.
I’ve spent my entire life among these hills — for over 40 years, I’ve walked the alleys of every village, tasted every trattoria, and watched the seasons change over the lakes and ruins that tourists rarely get to see.
Since I was a kid, I’ve had one obsession: discovering hidden gems in my own land.
Whether it’s a tiny fraschetta where locals gather for porchetta and wine, or a scenic overlook where the sun melts over Tusculum — I know the Castelli like the back of my hand.
This isn’t just where I live.
This is where I eat, play, celebrate, fall in love, and breathe.
